At Clearly Better Counseling we know that getting healthy does not just mean eating healthy and exercising. Our therapy methods are based on these 5 pillars to ensure that we are treating the whole person, not just the symptom. By exploring these 5 aspects of your life we will dig down to the underlying issue and support you in feeling better as fast as possible.
Instead of traditional talk therapy, we will use a variety of therapeutic methods and scientific metrics to support your mental well-being. We use elements of Coherence Therapy Inspired by the work of Bruce Ecker and Laurel Hulley, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and TEAM-CBT therapies. Using these methods, we offer 2-hour therapy intensives to meet your unique goals. In addition to counseling, you will meet with a health coach for weekly check-ins and support.

Included are sleep studies, personalized sleep plans, bedroom layout guidelines, and principles of depression-fighting sleep checklists. Not only will you be getting more zzz’s you’ll have tools that you can take with you wherever you go!
